Did you know that each listing gets it's own report that tracks text messages, QR codes, and where and when your tours are being viewed? Additionally, this report can be sent right to your seller's email automatically.
To set up a schedule for a listing report- Click on the Tools tab then Listing Reports. To the right of each listing is a green +. Just click that, choose your settings and save.
You can enter multiple email addresses by separating them with a comma only. For email@example.com,firstname.lastname@example.org
Email Reports will send out each night on the day you set up the schedule. For instance, if you set up a weekly schedule on a Tuesday, your report will be sent each Tuesday night.
